Sean Kithas
Marketing Director
Sean Kithas is a marketing and business professional with a specialized focus on the nonprofit and music sectors. Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Sean cultivated an early passion for music, learning the French horn and guitar during his formative years. In 2011, he relocated to San Antonio to pursue higher education at the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he earned a Bachelor of Music in Music Marketing, complemented by a minor in Music Technology with a concentration in classical guitar performance. Throughout his academic career, Sean gained valuable professional experience through a work-study internship in the university’s music department, an internship at the Texas Music Office within the Office of the Governor of the State of Texas, and a three-year music residency at Franklin Park Retirement Communities, where he performed for and engaged with senior residents.
Currently, Sean serves as the Marketing Director for Musical Bridges Around the World (MBAW), a nonprofit arts organization dedicated to fostering cultural exchange through music. In this role, he oversees comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital and print campaigns, advertising, ticketing, branding, video production and more, ensuring the organization’s mission reaches a broad and diverse audience.
His multifaceted expertise and passion for music and the arts continue to drive his professional and creative endeavors.
