First Snowfall Caprock Canyon State Park began as an image of the bison feeding and then conceptualized as a harsh winter was about to begin.
Artist Bio
Robert Michaelson is a retired physician. He served in the United States Air Force for more than 25 years before entering private practice and retiring two years ago. Robert's focus has been on wildlife and landscape photography. He also volunteers as the photographer for Musical Bridges Around the World where he has had the privilege of photographing world-class talent.
