Development Manager
MBAW seeks a forward-thinking Development Manager who not only excels in fundraising, but also brings curiosity, creativity, and entrepreneurial energy to the evolving world of donor engagement. This role requires a professional who can research trends, leverage new technologies, and design innovative business models and development plans that deepen impact and expand reach.
The Development Manager will work closely with leadership and the development team to strengthen fundraising operations, build lasting donor relationships, and pioneer new ways of engaging supporters in today’s changing media and AI-driven landscape.

Internship Opportunities
Musical Bridges Around the World (MBAW) is not currently offering any internships at this time. Please check back again for any changes or openings.
When MBAW has internships open, they primarily follow these guidelines:
- MBAW accepts one student per internship per semester (spring, summer, and fall)
- Applicants must be available for in-person work and/or events in San Antonio, TX.
- MBAW internships are on a volunteer basis and do not receive financial compensation as a part of the program.
