This past Wednesday, we announced via press conference our 12 contestants chosen for the 2020 competition set in January. 76 pianists, from the following 21 nations, vied to take part in this quadrennial “Olympics” of piano:

An esteemed panel of preliminary judges worked all summer to select the top 12 of these applicants!
