Safety Guidelines & Protocols

MBAW will follow all safety and distancing guidelines for fine arts performance halls per the State of Texas, as well any other measures it feels necessary per event from its own discretion for the ensured safety of its attendees. More details about safety guideline details/protocols being enacted will be provided with each concert’s communication and as each date approaches, as per the most updated COVID-19 city and state guidelines and MBAW discretion.

Most Recent Updates:
  • We are strongly recommending that attendees wear masks and MBAW will have additional masks ready to hand out for those who need one.
  • We will be sanitizing touch hot spots as much as possible, and will also provide sanitizers as needed.
  • Before entry into the Cathedral, we will be providing either a physical program book or a scannable QR code to a digital version. We ask that attendees do not leave any physical program books in the cathedral once the concert is over, for safety concerns.
  • If the COVID situation worsens to a degree that both MBAW and the Cathedral feel it is necessary, it is within our and the Cathedral’s right and discretion as private entities to make the decision to require masks for all attendees entering the building, and we will notify and communicate that clearly before and on the concert date.
  • Also if needed, concerts may shift back to a virtual only format at each date’s discretion.
