Allyn Conner

Donor Relations Manager

Allyn Conner is a San Antonio-based arts advocate and educator whose work centers on building meaningful connections through music. She earned her Bachelor of Music from Texas State University, where she was recognized as the Outstanding Student Teacher in the Department of Education.

Over seven years in music education across Northside ISD and Comal ISD, Allyn most recently served as Assistant Band Director at Pieper High School. During her time there, she played a key role in developing a young program into a UIL 5A State Marching Contest competitor and led ensembles to consistent Division I ratings. She built strong relationships with students, families, and community partners, supporting a collaborative and high-achieving program. In 2025, her non-varsity ensemble was named a Commended Winner of the Foundation for Music Education Citation of Excellence, a national recognition of program quality and achievement.

Allyn joins Musical Bridges Around the World with a deep belief in the power of music to connect people and expand access to the arts. Having worked closely with diverse communities and support networks, she is excited to foster meaningful relationships with donors and partners and support the organization’s mission and impact.
