It is our great pleasure to welcome Alba M. Diaz and Caleb Gonzalez to the Board of Directors!
Ms. Diaz is originally from Puerto Rico and has lived in San Antonio since 1997.
She works for the City of San Antonio’s Department of Human Services and has a long career in administration and human resources for the private and public sector, including the United States federal government and American Airlines.
She is a founder and president of Estudio Cuatro, Inc. and is highly active in the Puerto Rican cultural and heritage community. She has two lovely daughters and is passionate about volunteering, community service, traveling, music and dance.
Mr. Gonzalez was the recipient of the 2011 Volunteer Award, and has singlehandedly taken Musical Bridges’ educational outreach vehicle, Kids to Concerts (KtC), to the next level. For years, he has coordinated the scheduling of the in-school concerts, and has also provided in-kind donations of sound and musical equipment through his business, BandStar Music.
Mr. Gonzalez studied Fine Arts at San Antonio College and the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has taught music and fine arts in San Antonio for 13 years. He and his beautiful wife, Dalila, have a toddler son, Ethan.
