Robert B. Leckie

Robert B. Leckie is a retired lawyer and business executive based In San Antonio, Texas. He has acted for businesses ranging from very small to multibillion-dollar enterprises. He was the North American General Counsel for Novar plc. He also held line management positions, including a role as Chief Executive of Novar’s half-billion-dollar North American Industrial Division. He has served as a director of public companies listed in the United States and Canada and of private companies elsewhere.

He also served non-profit corporations in various capacities, including serving as a director of Musical Bridges Around the World, Inc., a Texas nonprofit corporation focused on musical performance and education.

He has lectured at three different universities over the years on subjects as diverse as mathematics, business law, and electronics.

He holds an LL.B. and M.Eng. from McGill University. Current and former memberships include the bars of Ontario, New York, and Texas, the professional engineer licensing organizations in Quebec and Ontario, the Canadian and American Corporate Counsel Associations, and various other professional groups.
